Notes for the table Some SIs have multiple entries for the same Number because they cover more than one location and/or changes on more than one date. The 'Issue Date' should be self-explanatory. The 'Change Date' is the LATER of either the date when the work was done or when the change came into force. As far as possible 'Location' is the name of the actual signal-box(es) or ground-frame(s) affected by the work - this is not always the same as the actual name on the SI (eg a SI for Radstock West might have been headed just 'Radstock'). Some earlier SIs had a title describing the basic nature of the work (eg 'Signal Alteration'). Without getting too detailed, I have tried to make the 'Subject' entry a little more meaningful in the more simple cases.
